About Me

Hello, and welcome! I am a Licensed Psychologist and owner of New Leaf Psychological Services. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) and Master’s degree from the Adler School in Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado. I have worked in a variety of settings, such as, homeless shelter, community mental health centers, inpatient psychiatric hospital, substance abuse treatment centers, and private practices. In these settings, I provided individual therapy, group therapy, and evaluations for patients ranging from children to adults.

The core values of my clinical work are compassion, trust, empowerment, and integrating research with practice. I utilize evidence-based approaches in therapy to treat adults with generalized anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, & stress management (to name a few). On a personal note, I enjoy anything outdoors (even in Florida) and I like to craft with my Cricut.
